- Fecal immunochemical test (FIT) every year.
- Stool DNA-FIT test every one or three years.
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy every five years.
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy every 10 years plus FIT every year.
- Colonoscopy every 10 years.
