Based on the information you provided, we will do one of the following:
- Let you know who the Administrator/Office Manager is that is authorized to set up an account for you.
- If you indicated that you work for a billing company, have an account, and need additional Tax IDs added to it, we will make that update for you.
- If your Tax ID’s Administrator/Office Manager needs to be replaced, we will make that update for you.
- If the Tax ID does not have an account, we will send you a Registration Code within three to five business days. To register your account on the provider portal sign-in page, you will need your Registration Code and NPI number. Once the master account is set up, your Administrator/Office Manager will be able to set up additional portal users.
