Our network access starts in Connecticut and radiates into neighboring states through our parent company, EmblemHealth. For commercial plans, the network can be extended nationally through First Health®, an Aetna subsidiary. Our plans also include telemedicine from Teladoc® for 24/7 coverage.

Our clinical and pharmacy management programs form a continuum of care for our members. Nurse care managers, pharmacists, and social workers engage with members who are most at risk for health complications and hospitalization.
