EmblemHealth Announces Agreement to Sell ConnectiCare to Molina Healthcare

NEW YORK, NY – July 23, 2024 – EmblemHealth has entered into an agreement to sell ConnectiCare to Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH).

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
