If you wear glasses or contacts, ConnectiCare’s Vision Discount Program may save you hundreds of dollars each year. Members can get discounts on frames, lenses, and prescription contacts when using a participating vision professional.
There are no limits on how often you can use these discounts. You’ll get on-the-spot savings every time you purchase a product or service listed below from one of our participating opticians.
Prescription lenses with frames
Lens options include:
- Polycarbonate.
- Scratch-resistant coating.
- Ultra-violet coating.
- Anti-reflective coating.
- Solid tint/gradient/photochromatic.
DISCOUNT: 25% discount if you spend $250 or less; 30% discount over $250
Prescription contact lenses*
- Hard or soft contact lenses.
- Disposable contact lenses for first-time users.
*Discount only available if required professional services for fittings and follow-up are purchased.
DISCOUNT: 25% discount if you spend $250 or less; 30% discount over $250 (plus 25% discount for associated professional services like fittings)
