Get the support you need to live a balanced, healthy life.

Sign in to the myConnectiCare portal.
Click the 'Health and Wellness' tab at the top of the page.
Click 'Get Started' in the Wellness Program section.
If it’s your first time using WellSpark, you’ll be asked to register. Then, you’ll be sent to your new WellSpark benefits platform where you can enroll in health coaching.

You can also register over the phone by calling ConnectiCare Medicare Connect Concierge at 800-224-2273 (TTY: 711). From April 1 to Sept. 30, you can call us from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday. From Oct. 1 to March 31, you can call us from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. Please review the terms and conditions before calling as you will need to agree to these terms before you can join.

Once you are logged in to the WellSpark platform, click 'Schedule with a Coach.'
Follow the instructions and choose the appointment type that's best for you. You have the option of a phone coaching session or a video coaching session. A video coaching session requires access to a computer or smartphone. You will need to have an email address to receive directions.
Choose a coach. Our coaches have unique backgrounds and come from all walks of life. Choose the one that best fits your goals.
Pick a date and time for your appointment. Make sure to confirm your appointment by clicking the ‘Submit’ button. You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation once you have made a selection. Confirmations can only be sent to those with an email address or cell phone with text capabilities.

WellSpark Monthly Programs

Mark your calendar to join one of WellSpark’s regularly scheduled mindfulness or health education sessions. You don’t need to sign in to MySpark Central to participate. Friends and family are welcome!
