Connecticut health plan wins two Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service

FARMINGTON, CT (July 6, 2022) – ConnectiCare, a leading health plan in Connecticut, recently received silver and bronze awards as part of the 16th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

At a virtual awards ceremony in May 2022, ConnectiCare’s centers were recognized with a silver award for Most Valuable Response by a Customer Service Team, and a bronze award for Best Customer Engagement Initiative. Over 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries, across 51 countries, were considered for this year’s competition.
