Enroll in a Health Plan

Open enrollment for 2025 individual and family plans has ended. But in some cases, you can enroll in a health plan outside of the annual open enrollment period.

To be eligible, you must have what's called a "qualifying life event," such as losing coverage due to a job change or coming off a parent's plan. These events may make you eligible for a Special Enrollment Period.*

You have a limited amount of time from the date of the qualifying life event to enroll or change your plan. So, don’t delay.

ConnectiCare offers plans through Access Health CT, the state health insurance exchange, and SOLO plans that can be purchased directly from ConnectiCare.

Note: You must purchase a health plan through Access Health CT to qualify for financial help.
